These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define the legal agreement between you (the “User” or “Client”) and AIScience s.r.o. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our website and services.

By using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Scope of Services

Our platform connects Clients with academic Experts to facilitate learning through model essays, research papers, and content writing services. These materials serve as reference tools only and are not intended for direct academic submission.

The services are only available to individuals aged 16 years or older. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, a parent or guardian must review and approve these Terms before your use.

We do not permit users from:

• FATF, EU, and OFAC-sanctioned countries
• Any country where using our service is illegal

If we identify that you are accessing our services from a restricted jurisdiction, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.

2. Account Registration

To place an order, Clients must register an account with a valid email address and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining account security and must not share login credentials with third parties.

If unauthorized access occurs, you must notify us immediately to prevent fraudulent use. We are not responsible for any damages resulting from compromised account security.

3. Ordering Process

Clients must submit a detailed order request outlining their requirements. Our platform allows Clients to:

• Post an order
• Choose a Writer
• Communicate securely via the Messaging System
• Track order progress in their account dashboard

Order Status Definitions:

1. Pending: Order has been placed and is awaiting Writer assignment.
2. In Progress: The Writer is actively working on the order.
3. Completed: The Writer has submitted the final work.
4. Cancelled: Order canceled due to payment issues, violations, or Writer unavailability.

Client Responsibilities

• Ensure all order instructions are provided at the time of submission.
• Communicate only through the platform to maintain security.
• Deliver any necessary reference materials within the specified time limits:
  • Orders under 24 hours: Provide materials within 30 minutes.
  • Orders under 72 hours: Provide materials within 1 hour.
  • Orders over 72 hours: Provide materials at least 24 hours before the deadline.

Failure to provide reference materials within these timeframes may result in order modification, additional fees, or delays.

4. Payment & Pricing

• Prices for services are displayed in real-time during order placement.
• Payments must be made in advance through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, JCB, or Diners Club International.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing and payment structures without prior notice.

Automatic Payment Release

Payments for services are automatically released to the Writer 14 days after the final deadline unless a dispute or revision request is submitted.

5. Revisions & Refunds

Revisions

• Clients may request a revision if the final product does not meet initial order instructions.
• Revision requests must be reasonable and made before payment is released.
• Requests requiring additional work beyond the initial order scope may be subject to extra charges.

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

• Non-delivery of services
• Significant deviation from order requirements
• Technical issues preventing order completion

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

• Dissatisfaction with grades or academic performance
• Failure to provide required reference materials on time
• Misuse of service for academic dishonesty
• Refund requests made after six months from the transaction date

Refund processing takes 3-6 business days, depending on the payment provider. Bank transaction fees are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Restrictions

• The Company retains full ownership of all materials until final payment is received.
• Completed work is provided as a reference tool. Clients must not submit it as their own academic work.
• Clients are prohibited from:
  • Reselling, distributing, or reproducing our work.
  • Claiming authorship of completed work.
  • Using the work for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Any unauthorized use of our services will result in account suspension and potential legal action.

7. Plagiarism & Academic Integrity

We strictly oppose plagiarism and academic dishonesty. By using our services, you agree not to:

• Present our work as your own academic submission.
• Engage in plagiarism, copyright violations, or misrepresentation.
• Use our services in violation of educational institution policies.

If we detect misuse, we may terminate access immediately.

8. Data Privacy & Security

We collect and store only essential user data to process orders. Our Privacy Policy outlines:

• How we collect and use personal information.
• Security measures to protect client data.
• Your rights to access and control your data.

We do not share personal data with third parties without consent, except where legally required.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You engage in fraudulent activities.
• You violate payment policies or fail to pay for services.
• You harass, threaten, or abuse Writers or Support Staff.
• You attempt to circumvent our platform’s security systems.

We may deactivate your account without prior notice if these violations occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties or guarantees. We are not responsible for:

• Technical errors preventing access to the site.
• Losses or damages due to reliance on our services.
• Delays or failures caused by external factors such as internet disruptions.

We do not guarantee specific academic results or legal compliance of your institution’s rules.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration, with no collective lawsuits permitted.

12. Amendments & Updates

We may update these Terms without prior notice. Continued use of the website implies acceptance of any changes.
